While this is my first crowdfunding campaign, I bring five years of experience in the art business and have successfully designed and produced enamel pins before. I have already secured a trusted manufacturer for this project and am actively communicating with them to ensure smooth production.
Additionally, I have hands-on experience with enamel pin fulfillment and shipping, so I understand the care and organization needed to get your rewards to you safely and in a timely fashion. My priority is keeping backers informed throughout the process with regular updates and transparent communication.

Submit final artwork and specifications to the manufacturer.

Monitor updates from the manufacturer and approve samples if necessary.
Address any production issues early to avoid delays.
Order packaging materials and prepare for fulfillment.

Depending on manufacturer location and shipping method, allow 2-4 weeks for transit.
Inspect the shipment upon arrival for quality control.
Mid - Late July: Sorting & Packaging
Organize pins by design and quantity.

Begin fulfillment and send out tracking numbers.
Allow 2-4 weeks for shipping, depending on destination.
August - September: Wrap-Up & Handle Any Issues
Address lost packages, misprints, or backer concerns.
Continue engaging with backers to close out the campaign successfully.
Estimated Timeline & Potential Delays
The timeline above outlines my expected production and shipping schedule, but please keep in mind that these dates are estimates and may shift due to factors beyond my control. Manufacturing, shipping, and customs can sometimes experience unexpected delays, but I’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way!
My goal is to get your pins to you as quickly as possible while ensuring the best quality. If any changes arise, I’ll communicate promptly so you always know where we stand in the process. Thank you for your patience and support!
To ensure transparency and set expectations, I use a two-tier grading system for my enamel pins:
Standard Grade: what you will receive when backing this project
Standard pins are the highest quality available, but due to the handmade nature of enamel pins, they may still have minor imperfections. These could include:
Tiny, difficult-to-see scratches
Discoloration or scratches of the plating on the backs of the pin (not visible when worn or displayed)
Overall, these pins meet my quality standards and are the best representation of my designs!
Seconds: available at a later date on my Etsy
Seconds pins have more noticeable flaws but are still beautiful and wearable. These may include:
Small bubbles in the enamel
Slightly more noticeable scratches or scuffs
Slightly underfilled enamel or color placement mistakes from the manufacturer
These pins will be offered at a discount due to their imperfections but are still a great option for collectors who don’t mind minor flaws.
