I will be working on the surveys as soon as I'm home from Katsucon, but please remember it will be a minimum of 2 weeks before they can be sent out. Payments have to finish processing first and the standard amount of time for this is roughly 14 days.
If your payment failed, you can update your payment method OR wait and BackerKit will automatically retry the charge later this week. At this time there is nothing I can do on my end to manually process this payment. After surveys have been sent out I will be able to help more.
I'm currently waiting on BackerKit to release funds. Once they have been released I will start up the prototyping process again. I will keep everyone updated on that process as it happens.

I'm not doing well mentally. Early Thursday morning, I lost my kitty Monster to a stroke. He was taken to the emergency vet by my partner but his vitals were too far gone. I did get to do a video call with my kitty and talk to him before he passed though. He seemed to respond to me talking to him. I'm going to miss him dearly. He was very much a velcro kitty and would try to be as close to me as possible. He always wanted to cuddle.
