I'm trying to contact the creator again, and would like to bring attention to a couple more emails for us to try contacting her with! [email protected] [email protected] I'll reply here if I get a response. Meanwhile, you all should try to forward your previous questions to these emails or pester her into acknowledging us! We and her other campaigns' backers need an update, lest she be scamming us!

I sent an email along with filling out the strange survey, but I haven't received any notice that they have seen it or anything. Granted, I requested a refund or more than one collaboration pin (as I love foxes), so maybe they weren't expecting to respond to people and expected them to just chose what they wanted in the survey and email... but if they put so much emphasis on the email, surely they were going to respond as promised on the survey?? So just wondering if anyone else has tried to contact and heard anything back from them? They just sent out an update earlier for their new campaign, but surely they should focus on fulfilling this one and handle customer complaints first, yeah?

- All stickers and bonuses will go out mid-to-late September.
- Final pin delivery will depend on when they are delivered to us—but we will let you know as soon as we have that pinned down (pun utterly intended!).

I've messaged Backerkit Support about the creator in order to see if they can contact them in a way we can't. Here is the message Backerkit Support sent back a few days ago. "Thank you for reaching out to BackerKit Backer Support, although I'm sorry to hear about the lack of communication! I've reached out to the project team to ask for an update. I'll circle back with you as soon as I hear back from them! Thank you for your patience in the meantime," I know it's not much but its at least on their radar as an issue. I'll let you guys know if I get anything else from them.
