After a week of back and forth with the amazing Backerkit team I have hopefully got the surveys working how I want! A "Smoke Test" has been sent out, so some backers will receive their survey very soon. If all goes to plan, the rest of the surveys will follow shortly after. 

In about two weeks time I will review the surveys to get an idea of numbers and put the order in with my manufacturer.
