Hi Morgan My reward was stopped in customs, with a claim on import tax (1.75£, with an added fee of almost 18£). According to the postal service, it is because the shipment lack the digital IOSS informations when shipping to an EU member country. Please advise. BR Daniel

Project Update: All rewards have shipped!
Hi all,
So I decided to add some small inserts to the cards as an optional extra guide to solving the puzzles. These were ordered and arrived Friday. I worked hard putting the rewards together and get them in the post today only to miss the drop off deadline (my own fault as I was sure it was 12.30 not 11.30).
So good news, all rewards have been shipped but they will be sat in my local post office until Mondays pick up now. Rewards should start arriving for UK backers from Wednesday onwards and towards the end of next week for international orders 🤞.

Project Update: Final Housekeeping before dispatch.
Hi all,
The artwork has been finalised and the card order will be going to the printers shortly. Cards will be charged for shipping in the next few days (plus any extras you have added). Shipping addresses will be locked on Monday 4th November so please check this is up to date.
This week I will be continuing to collate any add-on games or escape room pins you have added to your pledge with the aim of posting out your rewards from Tuesday 5th November!

Project Update: Surveys being locked.
Surveys were sent out almost two weeks ago now and thank you to the 87% who have completed it. I am about to click the "lock orders with final notice" button in Backerkit which will give you 48 hours to make any changes to your order.
Once locked, you will still be able to update your shipping address and I will put an update out closer to dispatch to remind everyone to check their address.
There are a few tweaks to be made to one card (mainly colours as they look too similar in the test prints), but these should be quick fixes and then I can put the card orders into the printers.
I am on track to be dispatching your rewards in early November 🥳.
