Reflecting on one of the themes of The Primary Colors—the power of community—I can’t help but think about the incredible writing communities I belong to. They have been such a blessing: a safe place to ask questions, share ideas, and even find the courage to start publishing my own books four years ago. I’ve gained from these communities not just valuable insights but lasting friendships.

In August, I had the joy of meeting some of these friends in person at an author summit in Kansas City, and it was absolutely wonderful!
