I have been basically ghosted by Montegames support since March. Support messaged that needed to confirm my address, I did, and they never responded over 2 months despite asking. Everything stuck in processing since December. Since I’ve paid for shipping and no responses, I have to message here as it really feels like I’ve been snubbed and Ignored and I really need a response, otherwise I have to go through.
