Hello. Could you check up on order #819791, please? It contains the character portfolios, Leitner Bookplates and autographed Guest for Mr. Spider., and it's been stuck in processing since the 20th of November, with no news. BTW is anyone else in the same boat? Just curious.

People keep getting told as long as they redeem their items within a year they don't need to be worried about not getting them if they want to wait for everything to be ready. Could the other items take longer than a year to be ready? You haven't given a clear timeline for the other items You just keep saying they are in production. It'd be nice to have some kind of timeline.

Hey! I've been holding off on redeeming my rewards (I backed Entity) until you guys had everything finished. It's been about a month and I was wondering if you were close to finishing. I'm worried that with it being the Christmas season, there will be a delay and since you guys are dropping the expansion on Backerkit soon, I'd really like to have the first run here before I consider getting that but I don't want to pay seperate shipping for half of what I ordered to get the few things that are currently out. Hoping you will have everything done soon so I can have them sent to me and hopefully get here before the new year!

I backed entity and to save on shipping, one shipment not two or three, and to not have to split import tax costs over multiple shipments, I was thinking I will wait for an update saying we have produced everything, then I will order. But it looks like on the MCG website that it is out for everyone. Will I risk when everything has been produced, oops sorry we ran out of stock of some items, the core book I assume. Now we cannot fulfill your order. Or is there some system in check to make sure all pledges that have been placed in the campaign can be fulfilled, no matter how much is sold through the MCG store.
