Not sure where fear of the weather sits, but snow fall is keeping the Kansas warehouse in the US shut, and slowing the UK warehouse which services the UK and Europe!

Hey so I got the PDF Some time ago but does anyone know when they are planning to ship the deluxe books. Or if they already have and I just never got mine. If so what should I do?

I am placed an order for the cassette tape and signed deluxe book, it says both have been shipped under the same tracking, but I only received the cassette, I was wondering if there’s any way to find out about the book. Thank you! (Order#840456)

I redeemed my coupon to receive the autographed edition, but got sent a standard edition. Anyone else had issues? Anyone solved them?
