Do we have a ETA for delivery ?

I'll be a first time backer with you, i went over to your last campaign and saw that most of the backers needed 2 or even 3 new set to get a good product, what do you plan to do so this won't happen again? And secondly an update on your last campaign you are telling the backers that the money from this campaign will help paying for the shipping of your last campaign...how can you prove that we will receive everything and that our money will be used correctly?
