BackerKit is still in the process of collecting pledge payments. Please double check your pledges even if there shouldn’t have been a payment issue so you don’t miss out on your rewards.
We do have a large portion of our funding marked as “failed” at the moment.
The surveys are ready to go, so I will be sending the “smoke test” surveys today. Please keep an eye on your email to see if you’re one of them. If you have any issues please comment on this post so I can look into it.
Once pledge collection closes I will send out the remaining surveys.

I just wanted to share something that I experienced, I backed a lot of campaigns, because of that some of my pledge payments were declined, despite having sufficient funds.
Please double check your pledges even if there shouldn’t have been a payment issue so you don’t miss out on your rewards.
We do have a large portion of our funding marked as “failed” at the moment, but I know that BackerKit still has some time to retry those pledges.
