Surveys are going to be slightly delayed, but we will have them out soon.  This is a different process than Kickstarter and rather confusing, so I apologize for the delay.

The main things I'll need are physical addresses for everyone (for the postcards) and what name you want to use for the acknowledgments if you ordered paperbacks.
