HI Everyone, Just a quick update to let you know that I have to wait until after the 16th to create your surveys for our lill Hoodiwinks project. After this date all your pledges and add on choices are transferred into the system. The surveys are then checked and approoved before they are sent out via the backerkit team.
This was a little learning curve for me as I was ready to create and go the week after out project finished. So set a lill reminder for around the 20th of August to check your inbox for surveys.
Also, the collection of the shipping fees will be scheduled to come out on the 31st of October - a few weeks before all goodies are sent out. You will have the option to upgrade your standard shipping to shipping with tracking as an extra add on as part of your survey. Here is a lill reminder of approx fees below:
