Did you know that in Korea, one of the things traditionally eaten to celebrate is tteokguk? This is a rice cake soup with beef, seaweed and egg. I have a recipe for it, but I haven't had a chance to make it yet. It looks so good.

Tteokguk is one of the stretch goal pins. The broth will be a translucent enamel :)
