Hi! I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask or I need to send an email to backer kit support. I received emails of availability of digitial code and I wanted to download them today. I've been able to redeem the faithful companion PDF but the discount for the main source book doesn't appear to be working. When I click on the link the cart stays empty, and even if I manually download the book and use the discount code in the URL, it says invalid. I can provide screenshots but I can't upload them here.
