The Backerkit survey gremlins have completed their work and we have sent out the backer surveys to 5% of backers (which they call the smoke test). If you receive your survey in this initial batch, it would be a tremendous help to us for you to fill it out promptly, and to ask any questions you may have about it, so that we can fix any issues before sending out the rest of the surveys!
The survey is where you can:
Enter your mailing address and pay for shipping.
Change pledge levels.
Add on additional copies of FOLK I, FOLK II, or the risograph print.
If you don't receive a survey yet, don't worry! That just means you weren't part of the smoke test. We will post an announcement once the rest of the surveys are sent.

In the next week or so, you can expect the backer survey to go out, which is where you put in your address and sort out shipping and all that.
After that, we’re in full production mode, Kate will be drawing and I’ll be writing, as we take FOLK deep into the inky void!
We’ll be checking our Backerkit communications about once a week if there are any questions, as well as sharing occasional art updates throughout the process.

But don't worry, we've got our best unit-eers working on the problem, and I'm sure we will figure out how to get the FOLK spawning at zine size soon!
We are so excited to get to make more FOLK and can't wait to share them with you! While these Big FOLK are a little more terrestrial than the Travelers of the Inky Void, expect some sneak peeks of zine-sized space FOLK down the road! (Down the hyperspace tunnel?)

We met our funding goal in the first hour, and are nearly at $1,000! (Pssst tell a friend! Let’s make $1,000 happen! We’re trying not to get too caught up in the numbers, focus on the process, etc… but that’s a pretty magical big round number!) We didn’t know what to expect when we launched, but it wasn’t this, and we are over the moon!
