Smoke Tests just went out! What's a smoke test? It's a chance for us to catch any errors in the survey! 5% of you guys were randomly selected to get the survey early for this purpose. It's crucial for those of you who got it early through this test to fill out your survey and report back to me if there are any issues, so please check your email and see if you got a survey today!
There are also 10 of you who still have failed payments. 10 is a much better number than the 17 it was right after the campaign, so yay, we are moving in the right direction! But that makes up for $531 of the campaign funds, leaving us far below the number to get everyone a free sticker as a bonus for hitting $2500.
You can check your pledges page hereand click on the page for this campaign to see if your payment failed. If it did, it's as simple as re-entering your card info! Backerkit will mark you as failed officially on Feburary 27th. This means you only have TWO DAYS to fix any card errors! If you do not fix your card in time but you still want your rewards, you will still receive a survey if you have not fixed your payment at this point, but the cost of your pledge will be due along with shipping at that time.
