Thank you for patiently waiting for the surveys! I'm happy to share that BackerKit has successfully resolved the issues, and I’ve now sent out all the surveys. Please take a moment to fill them out, as completing the surveys is mandatory. Without them, I won’t know which designs you want or your shipping address!
In other news, I’m excited to announce that I’ll be part of Pintopia 2025 and launching another project, Fluffy Floral! If you’re a fan of cats and nature, this series of enamel pins is perfect for you. The project launches on January 23—be sure to follow it so you don’t miss out on the early bird incentives! In the next few days, BackerKit will charge your card for your rewards. Meanwhile, some backers need to fix their payment methods. Backers with errored pledges will have 14 days from the project's deadline to update their payment method. At the end of this period, we will automatically attempt to collect the pledge again. Please fix your payments ASAP otherwise I cannot send you your rewards.
I will keep you updated throughout the process, but feel free to message me if you have any questions or concerns. I'll have another update 14 days later when I receive the funding. After that, I'll also be sending surveys to all backers soon.
