You will choose a pet from a list of 3-5 I will provide. You can name it and define its personality, likes, and dislikes and give it a signature quirky thing 😊
 This pet will be featured in books 2 and 3 at least.

By choosing this pledge tier, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the author to create a character that will be included in the book. However, please note that:

  1. All Rights Reserved: The author retains full and exclusive ownership of all rights to the character, the book, and any related content. The backer will not be entitled to any copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights related to the character or the book.
  2. No Future Royalties or Compensation: The backer acknowledges that they will not receive any royalties, compensation, or financial benefits from the use of the character in the book or any related materials.
  3. Creative Control: While the backer will have input in the creation of the character, the author reserves the right to make any final decisions regarding the character's name, appearance, role, and development in the story.

By pledging to this tier, you acknowledge and agree that the character created in collaboration with the author will be fully owned by the author. The backer will not receive any rights, royalties, or claims to the character, the book, or any other related works. The author retains full creative control and ownership over the character, its portrayal, and any use in the current or future works.
