Project Update: A Mid-Augusttime Shipping Status Update 📦
Hello to our lovely backers! Sylphy here with another update on the outgoing books! 📫
Quite a few of you have received some of the outgoing book packages now and we're thrilled to see them all posted up on social media! Thank You!
We are however STILL in the process of sending quite a number of these shipments out and I want you all to know that we're forever grateful for your patience, especially as the second book has just released. We are attempting to get these out as soon as possible so that we can address if there's any that have been lost to the void. Overall about 60% of the books have been issued at this time! 🎉
For the sake of you all knowing when the last of the packages have gone out, and when you should start looking within your mailboxes, I will be posting another update here when I've received word from our fulfillment teams that the last of the packages have gone out. So if you have not received yours yet, don't panic, it's likely not lost in the mail and just hasn't gone out, and if it can't get to you will probably be returned to us (as we've already received a few boxes back). If that happens, we will reissue it to you when we are able to! 👍
We're starting to catch up now, so for the most part you should only be reaching out to [email protected] if you have received a tracking number but the package hasn’t arrived (it’s been over two weeks for US, over a month for international), if you received a shipment missing items (not the game however, that's not going out yet), or if you're moving and haven’t received a tracking email and need to update your address. Or some other thing I'm sure I've forgotten here. If you are reaching out to White Squirrel at this point, it should ONLY be if things are damaged in transit, as they will request photos for reference.
The simplest way for you to know if your package has shipped is if you have received an email with tracking information so be sure to check your spam and promotions folders within your email provider as well. If you haven't received one yet, your order has not been fulfilled.
At this time going forward, if your address is updating in the next month or so and you're listed as Fulfilled: you will want to be sure to update your forwarding address with your local post office, as they are whom is shipping these parcels and it is faster/more accurate to update a barcode. 📦
These shipments will NOT be containing the card game, which I am still waiting on a further update on past the playtesting and QA phase. A different post concerning when these are ready and going out will happen when I get more information, and I will give another round of last calls for address updates for those (for the books right now please reach out to USPS/your local post office to update your forwarding address)."
