Project Update: Update to Launch!
To all of you: Hello! My name is Sylphy and I am a new face here at Iron Circus Comics, taking over handling of posts here and on social media accounts. We apologize for the lack of communication from the year 2023 due to a couple unforeseen situations with a few from our team outside of their control, but we are all recovering and this was part of the reason I was added. It's great to be here to help you all!
However, I do not control the [email protected] email - so if you have an issue that needs assistance or are looking for an update to a reply from this email, you'll likely get the clarification I can provide but then a request to reach out to this email with a ticket number if applicable. Please allow 3-5 business days for review and a response if you send us an email.
Now for the updates!
The Pins for Failure to launch are currently in house with White Squirrel (our distributor)! We are also speaking with a printer about the posters and are on time for this, so the posters should be ready to ship out before books even arrive to our warehouse. This means once the books arrive to the warehouse, they will be paired up with their pins and posters and issued out. Everything requested will be issued in one shipping package for you.
At this time we are still currently waiting for the hardcover books to arrive, however. This is due to an error in production where some of the pages that were printed were too dark to read clearly and needed some corrections.
The paperbacks are fully printed at this point and will be issued out to us once the full printing process has been completed. A second issue is that the printer is reporting that there are some shipping delays.
What this means is that while we were planning to have books within stores by May 7th, this may need to be delayed until June or July. We will have a definitive answer for you as soon as possible in the next update that is provided.
For everything going on we have a survey response rate of 92% for the majority, which is great! Thank you, for your prompt responses, because it will help us get the rewards mailed out to you shortly.
