Welcome to Ocean Outlaws, a marine animal pinset with a cowboy twist! This is a set of hard enamel sea critters inspired by the wild west, combining the dry rugged plains with the unforgiving seas.
Hey there! I'm Jon, the artist and owner of Honeydoe Designs. I'm a US-based naturalist, artist, and lover of all things animals. You may also know me as Honeydoe12 on my socials, or Honeydoe on the rare few it wasn't taken. This is my second kickstarter
By pledging, you'll be able to choose which of these underwater rascals you want to bring home. The initial goal is $600 to unlock the FIRST TWO designs. New designs will be unlocked the more we raise! I also have vinyl stickers of all the designs and deep sea cowboy buttons add-ons.
Surveys will be sent at the end of the campaign to get shipping addresses and for y'all to select which pins you want.
Please note! For all pledge levels and add-ons you can choose from any unlocked designs. You can mix and match from any designs or get multiples of one. An example would be pledging three pins and choosing one loan shark, and two outlaw urchins.
Designs are unlocked as the campaign is funded, so please pledge early to ensure your fav designs get funded!
Each pin will be roughly 1.5" in width and made of hard enamel. The loan shark, moray trouble, and blob sculpin pin will have black nickel plating, while the other four designs will have brass plating. The Sheriff Jellyfish and Outlaw Urchin both have screenprinted designs.
I'm teaming up with Monster Kitty Society's Cats with Hats Enamel Pin Collection for my campaign! Their campaign features lots of adorable cats in funky hats. If both of us reach our funding goals, any backers that back both campaigns will receive a freebie pin from each campaign.
All designs are also available as vinyl stickers (seven total)! Stickers will be roughly 2.5" each and waterproof to be placed wherever your heart desires. Each design is modified slightly with small color changes, shading, and details to ensure they pop! All designs are available and do not need to be unlocked! :)
In addition to stickers, I'm also designing five oceanic cowboy themed buttons! Buttons are available as 1.75" round glossy buttons. These designs are all available and do not need to be unlocked! :)
