My name is Han, and I've been running my shop hannimations for four years now! I have successfully funded four large-scale crowdfunding projects and produced over 50+ different plush designs! Designing plushies is my passion, and I hope to spread joy, love, and self-affirmation with my work!
All designs are final, and will not be changed unless something comes up for production (such as a dye batch of a fabric being marginally different or similar!) Please do not make suggestions about finished designs as I am no longer able to adjust them :)

Since plush production can be expensive, we will aim to unlock a few plush at a time!
The last goal will unlock the first four plushies of series 2, which will be chosen from existing colorful critters characters by backers via polls, with one of them possibly being a new rain dragon we will vote on to design together!! :D once that goal is unlocked there will be additional stretch goals for additional series 2 characters. These samples have not been made yet, but if the goal is unlocked, we will get started on them!

As with any project of this scale, the timeline is subject to change! I will keep everyone up to date as things progress. January 23rd - Feb 13th - campaign runs Feb 13th - March - campaign ends, surveys sent out March - April - surveys locked, production begins June - July- production is finished, products ship to USA July - fulfillment begins! Please note that if series 2 unlocks, the timeline will be adjusted to include additional time for sampling, surveys, and production!! I am hoping to make at the very least monthly updates as things progress!!
Shipping rates are subject to change as they are based on weight - USPS has been changing them often, so I can only give a vague estimate of what shipping will be since it will not be collected until surveys are sent out!! This is just to give you a general idea, not a solid estimate of what shipping will cost! Prices are in USD. For domestic (within the US) rewards, we will be shipping them out via USPS, and all international orders via Asendia.
Unfortunately due to EU and UK regulations, we are not able to ship directly to Europe. If you would still like a rainbeanie, you can use a proxy or forwarding service that provides a domestic US address for you, or you can have them shipped to a friend who can then send them to you!
I know many of you may be wondering why such a tiny plushie is $24 - when it comes to the cost of having a plush made, complexity is actually a more prominent factor in what makes up the price when things get below 5 inches! because these little guys are so so tiny and so so detailed, they cost quite a lot to make! I've adjusted the price to be significantly lower than I usually do based on the cost to have the item made because I know that their perceived value is lower, since they are smaller, when they cost just as much as some larger plush. I am hoping that with the lower price, they can be more accessible, and am doing this at the risk of funding things myself and eating some costs. at the end of the day these are small batch, limited edition collectors items, and I hope you will see them for the value they have! :D
No matter who makes a plushie, whether it be an individual person or a manufacturer making over 1000 plushies at once, ALL plushies are assembled BY HAND!! Due to the nature of how they are made, there is simply no way for each plushie to be exactly the same, and each one is going to have their own little handmade quirks. If your plushie does not look 100% thread for thread like the product photo, well, that means that it's your very own unique plushie! There are obviously errors that I count as B grade, but some variation of shape and detail placement are expected when making plush, especially when it is as small as the rainbeanies are.
If you’ve backed a crowdfunding project before on platforms like Kickstarter, you’ll be familiar with the process!
To secure a plush/item, you will choose the corresponding Pledge Level that includes the items you would like to get! You can add additional items onto your pledge with Add-ons.
Backerkit does not charge you for your pledge until the end of the campaign, and only if the funding goal is met! During the duration of the campaign you can adjust your pledge or even cancel it if needs be.
To pledge for one rainbeanie only, for example, you’d go to the “Pledge Levels” tab and select “one rainbeanie keychain plush”.
After the campaign ends, a survey will be sent out that will allow you to specify which character you want for your plush, as well as which stickers or charms, if you added any of those on previously! You will also be able to add-on additional items during the survey.
