WHEELCHAIR ONLY, plushie not included! This is an at-cost add-on, meaning I am not making a profit on these, just wanted to have them available. Please note that the Dash plush comes with a wheelchair, so you only need to add one on if you would like one for one of the other plushies!! The wheelchair has a yellow strap that goes around the tummy of the plush, and a blue strap that goes behind the backside and under the tail of the plush. the wheels are glued on and removable by a velcro strap.
