Pin Production & Add-ons I don’t want to hold up any backers who have paid already, so I’m going to put forward some of my own money to get the pins into production Friday.
If you have not completed your survey by Friday there is a chance you may not receive the pins and add-ons you want. Surveys completed after Friday 25th October, 2024 - will still receive the amount of items they have paid for, however priority of styles goes to the backers that have already paid and completed surveys before that date.

Production Finishing I have been notified that pins should be finished production in the first week of December, so I’ll have everything prepared to get them out to you to hopefully get there before Christmas. This is of course if there are no production delays. If they do stumble across a delay, I will do another update to let you all know.
Postage Charges As part of your surveys it will notify you of your postage costs and any extra costings for additional add-ons. These will be locked Friday and charged sometime next week.
Once the pins and other items are here, you will receive tracking in your BackerKit Dashboard. All parcels will be sent via Australia Post, tracking portal is here.

Keychains are expected in next month! So buy the end of January everyone’s parcels will be sent ☺️

If you ordered keychains, they are not in yet - so your parcels will be slightly delayed. To cater for this, ALL BACKERS, will be getting an extra sticker popped in their parcel for free.
Once I’ve pulled out the pins from all BackerKit orders, I’ll pop up any extras on my Etsy or Website: http://www.hbtcollectables.com If you have anyone ask you where to get them from you can direct them there!
I also got some additional styles made that will be available for order too!

I'll then go through them and grade them all to ensure everyone is receiving top notch product.
Acrylic Keychains Anyone who ordered acrylic keychains, there will be a small delay with these coming a week or two after the pins - your parcel will be held until all items are here to ensure there is only one shipping fee.
Unpaid Orders There are still a few backers yet to pay. Unfortunately, if you are unpaid by Wednesday 20th November, 2024 @11pm AEDT - then I will need to cancel your order. Everyone has had ample time to pay as it has been over a month since the project ended. As many of you are aware, I am unable to work due to health issues, and I've had to use the last of my savings to make up the funding of failed pledges. If your order does get cancelled and you would like some of these designs, there will be a few designs that have left over pins and they'll be put up on my website. You can look out for them here: http://www.handmadebytenille.com.au This will be the first time I need to cancel orders, but I can't hold back other backer's orders because some backers have not paid. Thank you for your understanding.
Production Update Just letting you know the pins are in production now and should hopefully be finished by the end of November! Preorders There’s only 2 more days to order pins at the cheaper prices, after this time they’ll go back up to $20 AUD on my website. Shipping is also cheaper through BackerKit & BackerKit preorders, so take advantage!
