According to the survey message: "... If you ordered physical items this survey will ask for your shipping address but not collect shipping fees. This is because this will all be handled by DriveThruRPG and my hopes are that I can import your address so you won’t have to." But the survey seems to be collecting shipping fees ($10 in my case).
