After speaking with Support, it looks like the double charging has been resolved, so everyone can feel free to continue filling them out! 

I'll also be tweaking the shipping rates in order to reduce charges for those who've added additional items from the pre-order shop. I'll either be reducing the rates, or giving complimentary credit to those who qualify. Let me know what your preferences are!

I'm aware of some issues with the survey where people are being charged for their pins again, as opposed to just shipping. I've reached out to Backerkit to assist with resolving this, and to help with refunding anyone who's been overcharged. In the meantime, hold off filling out the survey! Since it's late on Friday I imaging it will be fixed early next week. I can extend the time the surveys are out by a few days to accommodate the issues. I'm sorry for the confusion!

Just like the title says! All surveys are out now, and will stay open either two weeks or until everyone fills theirs out! We've already got a lot of orders for a wide variety of pins, and I'm starting to see what pins will be produced first!

Hello! I apologize for the long silence! It's taken me longer to put the survey together than I had hoped, but things are moving forward! I'll be sending out the smoke test tomorrow evening, then the rest of the surveys will go out on Thursday. They'll be open for the following two weeks.

I'll use the surveys to know which designs to prioritize. I imagine the original unlocked designs, the Angel Worm and Devil Worm, will be the first to go into production, but you never know! I'll be going in order of popularity from there, until I can get all the designs ordered and all orders sent out!
