Hey there! I'm Anna, better known as FrankenPup everywhere else! I'm a freelance illustrator and designer who has gone full time in creating artwork, apparel and even miniature planters in my free time!
As you know, being a full time artist comes with dozens of challenges, and most of them stem from a financial stand point. This is a project I have been working on behind the scenes, and cant wait to share it with you all!
Manufacturing times are approximate and delays are inevitable. Backers will be notified if there are any unexpected delays, updates, or other issues that arise.
Design changes may be made depending on pin design. This may include adjustments to colors and linework to allow proper printing. I will do my best to produce pins that match these designs as closely as possible. Differences between the final items and the mockups are to be expected!
I will be using USPS to ship backer rewards. International mail service has been suspended for some countries. Backers are responsible for confirming if service is suspended. Backers are responsible for any customs fees.
Exchanges or replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis. Backers are responsible for return shipping.

You can change your pledge amount at any time before the campaign ends, along with your selected rewards.
Surveys will be sent out once the campaign, allowing you to choose your goodies.

Orders made in the United States will range anywhere from $5 - 15 for shipping. Orders outside of the US will range from $15 - 45.
I am not responsible for VAT or other import taxes and fees you may incur via your local customs office. UK buyers: Anything worth more than £15 which is imported to the UK from a non-EU country is subject to VAT at 20% of the item value plus an additional £8 handling fee. You will likely be required to pay this upon receipt of your package, so please keep that in mind before backing!
Due to the nature of this platform and being a small business, i not able to refund you after the campaign has ended. All the money I receive is going towards production, shipping, products etc. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email [email protected] and we can discuss!
Shipping delays can happen, especially if we're shipping out of the country, so I ask that you back this campaign only if you're willing to wait. Every order shipped will be tracked, and will allow 30 days after shipment to arrive.
Refunds/replacements will not be provided if a package is rejected by customs and lost as a result of failure to pay outstanding fees. If I am unable to ship to you I will refund your pledge, minus any Backerkit fees and taxes!
