We’re excited to share that we’ve shipped out the final packages a few weeks ago, which means fulfillment for our backers is now complete, apart from a few returns and exchanges. By now, the vast majority of you should have your rewards in hand, and we hope you’re loving them!
If you haven’t received your package yet, here’s what you can do:
1. *Check your survey and shipping payment.* If you didn’t fill out the survey or pay for shipping, we haven’t been able to send your rewards.
2. *Look for your tracking number.* If your survey is complete and shipping was processed, you should have received a tracking number via email. Be sure to check your SPAM folder! Once you find it, you can track your package’s status and route. 3. *If you’re missing a tracking number, contact us.* If your survey and shipping are complete but you didn’t receive a tracking number, please email us at [email protected] so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
