Hello folks! The backing cards I ordered finally came in - they turned out great and I'm super excited to have something a bit more custom for this round of pins! I've included a photo of the backing card with a pin - they're not too complicated, but I'm super excited about them. My goal is to have about a quarter of packages out early next week; you should receive an e-mail once your package is mailed.
I'm a little obsessed with this pin so it's my example for everything 💀

I also wanted to give a last call for Popsicle Panic! In about 24 hours, the campaign will end - I'm hoping we can make it back up to 3.9k so that I can give the 3D printed freebie to all backers :) We're about $500 away at the moment - even if you share the project with others that would be wonderful 💖
This is a 3d representation of what the figure will look like - it'll be printed with tri-color filament and while it won't look identical to this, it'll look similar and have a color shiftiness as you change its angle. They'll be about 3" tall and be able to hold a photo or piece of paper in the popsicle stick!
This was my first time fully sculpting something and it was so much fun!! I think I want to do more!

Quickly, to start - click the banner below to follow along with my next enamel pin crowdfund campaign :)
Now onto this campaign -
The pins have arrived and I've done a basic count of them; what's next is quality checking & grading every single pin, separating out stock needed to fulfill backer orders, and then putting that stock on backing cards. Then I can begin fulfillment of orders.
I'm glad that I have myself extra fulfillment time for this campaign because I'm definitely going to need it - the universe gifted me mono for Christmas, which also resulted in a double ear infection on top of that. I haven't been this sick for this long in years :( I've ben doing my best balancing rest with also ensuring I stay relatively on track for this campaign (and my next one, Popsicle Panic!)
The good news is that mono is not easy to pass on, but regardless of that it is unlikely I will feel well enough to grade pins before the contagious period is up anyway. I've mostly been a couch potato the last few weeks, and that may continue for a bit longer, but I will keep you all up to date on the timeline as much as I am able to. I'm hopeful that shipping will begin sometime in mid February.
NEW ADD-ONS
This has, however, given me time to finish designing additional merch for spooky space add ons! Pictured below are 3"x3" inch sticky notes, an A6 size memo pad and a 3.5"x8" inch memo pad; 3"x3" shaped sticky notes; a sticker book that is available in both spiral and saddle stitch; 2 washi tape options; a wristlet (iridescent) and a lanyard! I've also added a video of the sticker sheets so you can see how sparkly they are ✨️
The lanyard design will be the same for the iridescent wristlet, however it will not have a black background or stars - just the repeating planets. I've included an example of the wristlet in the mock-ups as well.
I got a little excited about the shaped sticky notes, and mocked up quite a few - I've attached a poll to this update, so please choose your favorite of the round sticky notes; here is the link to the ringed planet sticky notes.
These items are now available to add to your pledge in your post-campaign surveys! Please keep in mind these are digital mock ups and may have some minor layout changes when I fit them into the templates given by my manufacturer, but they will largely remain the same.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SURVEYS
In order to allow you enough time to add anything extra on if desired, I've pushed survey locking & card charge date to JANUARY 23RD (which is also the launch date for Popsicle Panic!). This gives you 10 days to make any alterations to your survey and addresses. I will be giving you a warning in 5 days, and another in 1 week, prior to surveys closing.
A note about surveys - I have SIX (6) surveys that are either not started or are missing critical info such as ADDRESSES. I cannot send any rewards without an address. Please double check your survey to ensure your address is fully filled out and correct - I will be sending e-mails individually to anyone who has not filled out their survey yet.
This is also a reminder that unless you added on at least one pin to your pledge, you do not qualify for cross-collab rewards. If you want the Killer Moths pin and do not fit this criteria, make sure you add any pin prior to the 23rd.
NEW PINS
For my final point, I wanted to show you some better quality photos of the Black Hole, Asteroid Shower and Solar Flare pins! I am SO glad there was enough interest to get the latter two funded as Black Hole and Solar Flare may be my new favorites! I've included a couple examples of how the rainbow metal turned out as well - each pin is a little bit different, which is one of my favorite parts about these!
As a final note about Black Hole - after some research into market prices for 3" pins and a bit of deliberation I have decided that I will be increasing the price of this pin POST CAMPAIGN to $30. This means that anyone who chooses to purchase this pin within the campaign will be getting a $10 discount on the final selling price. I wanted to be sure anyone who was on the fence about purchasing this pin had all the relevant information, in case they would like to purchase prior to the price increase.
I love how the stars came out on this one!!
