We’re excited that we’ve received your rewards from the manufacturer and are nearly ready to ship them out. Everything looks fantastic, and we can’t wait to get your rewards to you!

Please make sure to lock in your address by December 14th. We’re set to lock addresses, charge cards, and begin shipping soon!

I will be moving quickly to get these rewards out. My intention is not to rush you, especially after your patience, but rather to ensure I fulfill my end of the deal by getting your rewards out as soon as possible. You can expect to see messages from me soon regarding address confirmation and charging cards for shipping.

This will apply to backers for add-on purchases, pledge level upgrades, fixed failed payments, and shipping fees. If your card is successfully charged, you will receive an email notification. If your card is declined, you will have 14 days to update your payment information on the pledge confirmation page. If the card is not updated within that timeframe, you will receive a project survey allowing you to update your payment details.
