September Updates!
Heyo! Just wanted to pop on and give some short updates! We are still waiting on the Animal Crossing purses to make it to us, and stickers are on their way now as well! We are just playing a waiting game while stuff travels to us - hopefully the next update you all see from me...

Stickers Printing!
The final step for our production has begun - because sticker printing is going to take the shortest amount of time, I saved this one for last! Once stickers are printed and arrive to us, all tote orders with sticker sets will be able to be sent out as well!

Project Update: December FINAL UPDATES!!!
Wooo! We made it.
First things first for people who don't want to read an odyssey: If there are any issues with your order, please email me at [email protected]. I do not check BackerKit, Instagram or TikTok everyday while I am preparing for the holidays, and will be out of office beginning 12/18 and am not back in office until the 30th of December. Email is the best and fastest way to get a response as I check it everyday, multiple times a day.
Alright so; thanks so much for all of your patience, this took way longer than expected due to my father's new medical situation. (He turns 70 this week!) I spend a lot of time between here and there but - We finally worked out a schedule that I think is more accommodating while working on these projects :)
All orders are going out today! Please check your email for your tracking number, if it is not updated today, it should be within the next 2-3 days. I work with a local fulfillment center that helps me split shipments between USPS/ UPS and FEDEX and they have A LOT to get through for the holidays, so just give them a day or two to catch up!
There are roughly 6 of you who did not fill surveys, pay for shipping, etc....whatever the issue may be, I cannot ship your items until this is completed. If you want to receive your item(s) by Dec 25, please complete your survey and email me at [email protected] to let me know your survey has been completed. I am more than happy to send things out until I leave town the 18th but I am not back in office until the 30th of December.
Additionally, I will be tabling at Holiday Matsuri in Orlando, Florida this year the 20-22nd. I have been putting a lot of energy into preparing for this, and I will have several exclusive items available....If you will be at the convention, come say hi!
Last but not least - thank you all so much for all of your kindness, patience, support and feedback. So many of you love these purses and I love seeing all of you wear and share them online! This has been an insanely rough year for me, but I know a lot of you as well, and my gratitude cup has never been fuller.

P.S. For anyone who cares: our most ordered purse was the Stargazer(red purse), which was ordered almost 3x the amount that the Secretary (yellow purse)!

I was wondering if there is any update on the shipping as Christmas is in a few short weeks and I still have not received any information. I have checked all your updates And I am truly sorry about your father and anything else you have been dealing with, but it is now December and am getting more worried as the days go on. Can you please just reassure me that my daughter will be happy this Christmas?

This leaves me just a little while each week to work on orders and focus on my other pursuits. I was hoping to have everything out by the end of Oct, and it's looking more like orders should be completed being shipped by the end of November with my adjusted schedule. I apologize so much for this, but I promise your orders are all still going out! I want to thank all of you who reached out with kind words recently, and thank you all for your patience! Sometimes life just gives us a few obstacles :p

Immediately after, we will be attending a family wedding.
We will be spending some time with our families for the next week or so for the upcoming event(s), shipping should pick back up the week of Oct 21st if all goes according to plan!
