Get Ready for Otter

Hello! Otter is a climbing/shedding card game for 1-4 players.
If you've played UNO or Scout or Crisps, you know the kind of game.
Play all your cards to win the round. Win enough rounds to win the game.

What sets Otter apart is that there are three otters in the game and each has a rule about numbers and a rule about suits.

To play onto an otter's tummy, you must follow at least one of the rules. 
But if you follow both, you can play there again and again, until after you stopped following both rules! 

 Additionally, you can change the rules of each otter by flipping and swapping heads and tails.
Each flip or swap makes you draw a card, so plan carefully!

Last thing you need to know is that after someone wins a round, you refill your hand without discarding the old cards. This lets you hold onto a lot of cards in one suit to have a better round next time.
It's super fun to dump a ton of cards at once, but if someone is playing faster than you, it's best to hold off and have a better round in the future.
