HyruleBalverine, I agree that the shipping of this project has been mishandled. I'm honestly shocked that Dragonsteel so badly underestimated the time it would take to ship so many larger, more customizable boxes (vs the Secret Projects smaller, standardized boxes). This definitely should have been done differently, and like you, I hope they take this and the critiques into consideration next time, to do better. I understand why people are unhappy and I think they have a right to be. I appreciate anyone sharing those feelings in a constructive manner, which most do. And I also agree that there is little to be gained by going back and forth over what was done, why it was done, etc. I have avoided commenting further on that sort of thing, since I think it is past the point of being helpful.
