Thank you for describing the frustration in a non-aggressive but instead properly critiquing way. I will admit I fall more on the side of not caring about when things arrive and I do quite enjoy and support this company. Because of that, I (and I believe many others in this thread) do not appreciate the aggressively negative comments some have posted as we start to feel like "our team" is under attack. I think that created a rough back and forth because people who are upset are feeling like they are being told "shut up your feelings are wrong" and those like me feel like we are being called "doormats and corporate apologists". The more I read the more I see the validity to the complaints (even though I still do not personally take issue with the delays). Though I do still take issue with how rude some of these comments are getting. Once again, thank you for clearly expressing your complaints in a non-aggressive manner. That made it a lot easier for me to understand the frustrations (of both you and others) without just writing it off as angry yelling on the internet. Finally, I like how you phrased it "growing pains from a company I value". To me it shows disappointment in an organization you still support and want to do better rather than viewing this as the final straw of a company that has failed you too many times.
