Project Update: THANK YOU FOR A HUGELY SUCCESSFUL CAMPAIGN!!! What's next?
Wow, well it's been a heck of a campaign and we can't thank you all enough for joining us on this journey through Cherryvale with Jade and Lotus!
You guys gave us an amazing push at the end and even though we didn't hit the achievement goal of 400 backers, we decided we were close enough to unlock the Mini Jade Sculpture! Now TWO lucky backers will get either a Mini Jade or Mini Lotus Handmade Sculpture included with their pledge box.
The campaign may be over but there is still more to do on our end before we get all these goodies to your hands. We already have finished and approved samples for both Jade and Lotus and the collab phoenix pin, Solara. We'll need to prep factory artwork and work with our manufacturer to get finished and approved samples for Inari, Midori, and the three Pollen Puffs.

IF you backed any pledge in the first 48 hours you will get the following:

IF you just backed a single Deluxe Jumbo Enamel Pin, you will be able to make your choice of either Jade OR Lotus when we send out the surveys later. More info on surveys below.
ALL Backers will get the following:
- Pollen Puff Digital Wallpapers (Desktop and Mobile) This will be sent on or slightly before your order ships.
- A CHANCE at getting a Mini Lotus OR a Mini Jade Handmade Sculpture added to your pledge shipment. Remember there is only one of each sculpture and many backers so only TWO PEOPLE will get one of these. Please set your expectations accordingly.

IF you would like to purchase more add-ons, you'll be able to purchase additional add-ons when we send out the surveys later. More info on surveys below. If you are a backer, you will continue to get BackerKit prices for add-on purchases.
We will have additional Jade and Lotus prints available for purchase with the pledge manager surveys and in the Pre-Order store. These are the same prints that we had available during our holiday sale.
IF you weren't able to back our campaign right now but still wanted some of the individual items, we will have a Pre-Order store opening up soon where you can purchase anything from the campaign, however these will be at full retail price. Keep in mind we aren't planning on ordering extras so if you didn't back the campaign, this will be the last chance to guarantee that you get your goods.
All digital goods will be sent on or slightly before your order ships.
What to Expect Next
Charging Backers
With the campaign complete, all backers will start getting charged for their pledge amounts within 24 hours of campaign completion.
If an individual charge fails/declines, you will be notified with instructions on how to update your payment. Once a you update your payment information you will be re-charged immediately. For those that do not update their payment, BackerKit will automatically charge again on Day 7 and Day 14. If your charge fails/declines on that 14th day (February 27th), your pledge will be cancelled and you will not receive any of the items you pledged for. Pledge Manager Surveys
In the next 2-3 weeks, we'll be sending out surveys that will allow you to confirm your order, make any necessary selections, purchase any additional add-ons, and pay for shipping. You'll have some time to finalize everything before we lock things down and get ready for fulfilling orders. We'll have more updates on that in the coming weeks. This survey is where you will pay for shipping for your rewards. If you don't pay for shipping, you will not get your rewards.
Pre-Order Store
In the next 2-3 weeks, we'll open up the Pre-Order store. This is for anybody that missed out on the campaign but still wants some of the items. Remember if you are a backer, you'll want to purchase add-ons through your survey to get the best prices. The Pre-Order store will have all products from the campaign and a few more items at full retail price. We'll have more updates on the Pre-Order store in the coming weeks.
Updates
We will send out updates when we have relevant information to share. We usually have more updates in the beginning of the project and fewer when we are getting through sample iterations. We'll have an update out later next week with more info on the Pledge Manager Surveys and the Pre-Order Store.
Shipping Expectations
If all goes as expected, we could get our approved samples and be ready to start production by the end of March. This would mean we could start shipping your rewards in June. Keep in mind that delays are always a possibility but we will keep you updated as dates change.
