Project Update: Amazing Day 1!!!
Wow, we are truly thankful for all your support on this project! In less than a day, we were fully funded and blew past all our stretch goals. Remember any backers within the first 48 hours will get FREE desktop and mobile wallpapers so if you haven't backed already, now's a great time to unlock all the goodies!
We've had a few questions about the campaign and rewards and will answer them here but if you have any additional questions, feel free to drop a comment and we'll be happy to help.
I wanted the phoenix collab pin but can't back the partner project due to shipping restrictions?
We've been discussing some different options and we will have a solution for those unable to back their project but this will only be available for those who aren't able to back their project due to geographic restrictions. We'll have more to share on that later but we will have an option for those unable to back their project.
How do I add the stretch goal pins if I didn't back the All-In tier?
You'll be able to add these for $16 each when we send out the shipping surveys later in the campaign. All tiers will be able to purchase additional items at this point as well.
Will I be able to purchase the Jade and Lotus prints you had during the holidays but sold out quickly?
Yes! These will be available for purchase for when we send out the shipping surveys later in the campaign.
Will there be a lower priced tier so I can just get some stickers or the night market print?
Not at this time but we are considering adding this option for a late pledge after the campaign. Due to the collab nature of this project, we wanted it to be clear that any pledge level would unlock the collab pin and this just wasn't possible for a lower priced tier.
Will I be able to purchase extra phoenix pins?
Possibly. The collab pin is automatically added by backerkit for qualified backers but we aren't quite sure yet how that will be added and if it'll be a problem to offer it later. If we are able to, it would only be for people who originally qualified for it or people that weren't able to back the partner campaign due to shipping restrictions. We'll look into it and let you know.
When will the desktop and mobile wallpapers be sent for early backers?
These will be sent to qualified backers sometime after the campaign, before the rewards are shipped out.
