PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: UK Hub - at least one has arrived as of Oct 9
All orders are now listed as Despatched, and checking the tracking on one bound for the UK says it was delivered already.
So I think it's time to wind this one down, and thank you all so much for joining me.
If there are issues, as always, I can be reached at gamingballisticllc at gmail dot com, on Discord, or on the SJGames Forums.
If you play and enjoy Warlock Knight, and feel the urge to say something about it somewhere, please let me know! Tag me, send me a link, whatever it takes.
Thanks!

PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: UK Hub - All "Presented to Carrier" and one despatched
All 16 orders from the UK hub have now been "presented to carrier" or better. One of them, ironically the one that was causing some friction in the system, has reached the courier "despatched" level, so it's on the way.
The rest are being processed at the local depot. I expect Royal Mail will start moving them within the next 36 hours, and arrival should follow shortly after for those in England and the UK. The rest will at least be moving.
Once I start to see them arrive, I'll send out a final update. I'll leave the project open a bit - I'm doing some things for Warlock Knight for the Dungeon Fantasy RPG that I'll probably send to the TFT folks also, and this will let me simply use Backerkit to distribute them.

Project Update: UK Hub - finally approved!
Last night I cut the Gordian knot on the difficulties we were having pushing those packages out the door, and so hopefully they will start moving later today. It usually takes an annoyingly long time (days, not weeks) to move from pending to presented to carrier, but once that happens, the UK folks especially should see their goods a few days later: Royal Mail is pretty sprightly once things get moving.
Sorry for the delay on this one.
That being said, once all the packages DO go out, it's time to close the campaign, as all things must end.

Project Update: UK Hub - Fixing some glitches
I am pleased to report that the inventory I sent over for distribution arrived and has been booked in.
Nonetheless, there are a few issues that have cropped up, mostly with SKU labeling and assignments. I believe that with the help of my contact at GamesQuest, I have provided the information required to get a fresh, correct upload of the data in place. There is ONE remaining physical glitch, which is that one box of cards - the Isle of Sedra card deck - was booked in under the wrong SKU. Since there's only ONE deck there - the right box under the wrong code - hopefully this is a trivial issue.
Once this is taken care of, I would expect the things to get picked and packed and shipped quickly. It's not impossible that the UK folks (9 of 16 customers) will have stuff in hand by the end of next week ... but that depends on who/what is in the way.
Finally, I've taken care of processing all of the unanswered surveys. One had to be reverted and refunded, but otherwise we are now finished with everything on my end.
I'll leave the project open until I see that the UK packages have all been shipped ... but we're pretty much done once that happens.
Thanks for your patience, and I hope you enjoy the adventure and accessories!

PROJECT UPDATE
Project Update: UK Hub Packages on the way!
On Sept 17 I arranged with GamesQuest for a DHL "pull request," which is an import request from them to bring the books into the country. I can report that the DHL tracking shows that they were out for delivery about six hours ago, and so they're likely already at the warehouse.
It usually takes GQ/ShipQuest a few days to check the books into inventory. All the proper SKUs are entered into the GQ system, pending actually removing one (a PDF SKU got left in there accidentally). If they don't handle this by today I can re-upload the file myself, and I expect it'll go in fine.
That means that hopefully soon, the UK-Hub orders for 16 backers will start shipping.
That will pretty much bring this project to a close. I have two "no survey" pledges to deal with shortly, and then that'll be a wrap.
What's next for TFT? Probably the Elazar sourcebook plus an associated GM'd adventure module set on Elazar, Sea Hag's Wrath.
I'll be posting the PDF and Print books on my Shopify Website Real Soon Now for those who missed the crowdfunding.
