Black-and-white printing is cheaper than color, so I can make these in the US without having to deal with China, which means fewer headaches and faster printing times.
(Every time I do a crowdfunding campaign something goes wrong and I look like an idiot for not delivering on time. Then I'm in the weeds for, like... six months trying to get it out. UGH. No more.)

We're using Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing to print the main book. For this reason, we have Amazon fulfillment in Spain, France, Germany, the UK, and Italy, as well as Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Anything that isn't the main book will be shipped from the US using USPS, DHL or whatever is the most economical method.
Generally, US orders that consist solely of books can ship via media mail. Other regions will ship via the most economical method.
This project has a wide variety of components, so it's hard to estimate exact postage, not to mention the world has a funny way of changing in very short periods of time.
