¡Estamos muy felices de informar que algunos patrocinadores en México ya han recibido sus juegos por paquetería (antes de tiempo)! Algunos pocos (que también son backers de Dodos Riding Dinos) siguen pendientes de envío porque estamos esperando producto desde Estados Unidos de unos artículos extra (add-ons) de las cuales llegaron insuficientes la primera vez. Estimamos que en 3 semanas lleguen.
Para quienes seleccionar recoger localmente en alguna de las tiendas, informamos que este viernes 5 de abril inician las entregas en CDMX. Otros estados como Puebla (Staff Draco), Queretaro (Troya Juegos), Monterrey (Ami Comi), Guadalajara (Caravana y Juega + Juguetería), ya iniciaron entregas y puedes pasar a recoger tus. recompensas.
Para las entregas en CDMX tuvimos que esperar más hasta tener confirmación de llegada del producto a las tiendas. El horario de recolección es el siguiente:
El Duende - 12:30 pm a 11 pm
Orc Stories - 2 pm a 8 pm
Raven Folks - 3 pm a 11 pm
Si no te es posible asistir el viernes por cuestiones laborales o distintas, es posible asistir el fin de semana también. En caso de que no sea posible, por favor envía un correo a Draco Studios [email protected] con el sujeto "BK Local pickup CDMX" para confirma la fecha en la que irías y avisar a la tienda. Algunas tiendas nos han pedido agilizar y pedirles a ustedes que pasen lo más pronto posible para evitar que se quede el producto de manera indefinida por periodos largos (más allá de Abril) y que resulte en malentendidos.
Por favor verifica que en tu encuesta incluiste "Local Pickup" en el campo de país en vez de "México" de lo contrario, tus recompensas seguramente seguirán en bodega y deberás escribirnos para coordinar envío particular.

If you haven’t received your rewards in a region that has already started shipping, do not worry, it is possible that it is still in transit.
Need help?
Tracking info: While we don’t have all tracking numbers from fulfillment partners, please send us an email to [email protected] with the subject “BK tracking number” and we’ll look if we already have it on file. This is particularly important if you require to track your delivery for any reason (especially in countries with strict import regulations). Returned packages incur into extra fees to us and we need to charge shipping again to resend your parcel, this is not good for anybody.
Missing/Damaged items: If you have received your games but there’s a missing or damaged component or item, please send us an email to [email protected] with the subject “BK fulfillment issue”
If you have questions about the games the best way to address these is by starting a thread in the forums of BoardGameGeek for the respective game entry. This way, others can benefit from the answer or you might already find your question being answered in an existing thread.
Unanswered surveys
Kindly note that if you haven’t answered your Backerkit survey, we don’t have the info to send your rewards. Please answer it now and your pledge will still fulfill soon, otherwise, it might go into a further shipping wave or incur into extra costs.
