I was finally able to get pictures! Personally I love watching the process, so photo updates are very exciting to me. 
We’re sitting at 85% of surveys completed. I’ll send updates if I get more photos. Otherwise I’ll update closer to the end of production. 

The most boring part of a campaign: THE WAIT
While pins are resting peacefully in my office, bags are still being produced. The equipment for keychains and zipper pulls arrived the other night at the factory. So shiny. I’m thinking the original estimate didn’t include lunar new year so estimated completion is end of March instead of mid March now. 
No worries. Reasons I put May as completion date just in case. 
My only worry is tariffs. Trying to keep up with what’s happening there is stressful and confusing. So to distract myself, I’ll be continuing to art it up. I’ve been making pumpkin stickers and more. I’ll post some of them in the Jack updates highlight on Instagram for you!

An update long overdue. I have received the pins! They are smol and adorable. The glow is so bright. I absolutely love the black nickel finish this time instead of the dyed black I got last time. Very happy with how they came out.
I did plan on a photo shoot but adhd is hitting hard with a lot going on in life. I figured this one photo and an actual update is better than nothing. Really hoping to get you all some good photos soon though.
If your order does not include Jack bags, sherbert inserts, or worm slap bracelets then let me know if you want to finalize payment. I can start shipping your orders later this week if you want. Otherwise it’ll just get taken care of when bags get in.

Manufacturers are still on holiday so no bag updates right now. I’m honestly a bit worried about if I’ll have a huge tariff bill when they get here. We’ll cross that bridge when we get to it.

Lastly, there’s an event on backerkit called pintopia. While I did step back because I wasn’t able to handle another project yet, two amazing artists I’d love to shout out are on it. Cosmic Macchiato and Crossed Teacups have collabed with circus themed designs that are just wonderfully done. Plus if you back both campaigns you’ll get TWO free enamel pins. Look at the little babyyyyy! Pumpkins are so small that I had to make a itty bitty logo for them. They have a long way to go, but I love getting to update you with photos.

Today I sent the smoke test which sends surveys to 5% of the backers! If you got one, please respond and click the boxes so we know the survey works. As long as that all goes well, I’ll be able to send the rest of surveys tomorrow 🥳 

Production has started for both bags and mini pins. Once surveys are back I can figure out how many perler pins and jack plush keychains we need.
