Hello! Wanted to share another update regarding how things are going! In my last post, I talked about difficulties we were having with the lavender colorways and also some changes that needed to be made to the ivory and gray colorway.
Ivory x Gray
The eyes and paws were fixed, now we have a nice cool face that matches way better! I'm unsure how I feel about the bronze gems on the crowns, I might switch them to gray if we can source them. Otherwise this one is now officially done!
Lavender (White & Black)
These two are still in a weird territory. The new cool tone ribbon matches the Pantone colors I picked for the fish and saddle way more but it does have more of a muted feel. The nylon strap is also not available in a similar color. We found one more cool than before but it stands out quite a bit. I'm going to have one of them mailed to me so I can better review the color differences it in person.
I'd love to hear your thoughts for those interested in either lavender colorway if you preferred the original "warm" ribbon that more matched the strap or the new "cool" ribbon that matches the saddle!
Cheshire
We updated Cheshire to have the same cool tone lavender ribbon as the other two!
Harlequin
Still no previews yet on Harlequin sorry, my manu is still having a hard time sourcing a harlequin patterned ribbon so we might need to proceed with custom printing it ourselves.
All the colorways together! (Except Pink x White & Wine x Black as I have those at home. Cheshire has the old "warm" lavender ribbon in these photos)
It's honestly sooo cool seeing them all mostly lined up like this. It's been a lot of development the last several months but we're approaching the finish line before bulk production can begin! I wanted to wait until all the colorways were officially complete but I get questions about the survey so I wanted to ask, do you guys want me to send the survey without having the final versions of the bags complete? I'm nervous about doing it in case any other changes need to happen but I know it's been several months now so I'm curious to hear what you guys think?
Speaking of, the original timeline for the campaign was supposed to be December 2024. But with us hitting all the stretch goals and increasing the amount of colorways from 5 to 9, we're spending way more time developing each colorway (as each has been taking around 1-2 months to develop). So I anticipate the new delivery date will be sometime in May/June 2025. So sorry for the wait, I hope this isn't too disappointing. I really want all of the cats and their respective colors to come out well so we're spending the extra time making sure everything's good.

Finished Colorways
Pink x Black
This one came out perfect, most of the pinks are similar to the White version so there wasn't a terrible amount to change beyond the saddle, lace, and straps.
Sax x White
Very very happy with this colorway! She's kind of like a snow princess haha, I'm fond of how all of the sax came together.
Cheshire
I really like the combination of colors this one became! The only thing that'll need to change is the lavender ribbon, which I'll explain why below.
Still Refining
Ivory x Gray
Very close to being done. Everything was made correctly except the eyes & paw embroidery were made gold but they are supposed to be dark gray like the crown. So that needs to be updated to reflect my design sheet.
Lavender (White & Black)
With regards to lavender, we had the issue where all of the details turned out to be much warmer in tone than my selected Pantone colors. You can see this in the ribbon, crown, ears and such. The fish and saddle are accurate representations of the lavender I wanted to use as a base color and you can see, nothing else really matches tonally.
So we proceeded with changing the lavender ribbon to a more cool tone ribbon to experiment on the black colorway. It came out a lot better and more matching to the saddle and the fish. So now we have to do more work to update the ears, crown, and shoulder strap to better reflect the new lavender ribbon. Additionally, the fish is inconsistent between the white & black colorways in regards to its fin. We have to pick which fin color direction to go with for both. So these two need more time in the oven! And because we changed the lavender ribbon, we also need to change it for Cheshire so we're buying only one lavender across all colorways.

Harlequin
Harlequin is still in progress because we're still sourcing a diamond patterned ribbon of similar quality. Hopefully I'll be able to share photos of it soon!

The only change I see is the inside pocket color, I'd ideally like it to also be wine color also instead of black. One note, the supplier we're sourcing the tassel lace from does not have a solid black lace, only black & white and black & gold so this and other black fur cat bags will have the black & gold version (Except Harlequin). I know it would be ideal to have all black tassels but this is a current limitation of sourcing, I hope this will be okay!
There were additional changes to the Pink x White as mentioned last time so I wanted to also share those photos here. The changes were:
The saddle size was increased with the stripes realigned in the correct direction
The embroidered paw print on the new larger left arm was resized to match the other paws
The crown was reshaped to be standardized
The fish was changed to be more of a cool pink instead of the previous warm pink to better match the ribbon
The Black x Wine and the Pink x White cats will be mailed to me for final review of the design & colors in person before proceeding with the additional 7 colors. At the current sampling time pace, it looks like the survey might get pushed to September.
