Project Update: A succesful misson to expore the galaxy has come to an end. It's been a pleasure!
As we touch down back on planet Earth, it's time to share what wonderful sights we have seen! We met a pawsome weirdo named Comet, who came from the stars in a crash landing. And we got to see an eclipse from space, as well as an eclipse of feline purrportions if you will. Unfortunately during our adventure to Neptune, we ran out of fuel and had to turn back around. But the things we saw along the way were truly furtastic.
What a wonderful journey this was! A special thank you to everyone who shared, backed, or even just sent kind words my way. As I have said before, this was my first pin campaign. Like many artist, I have trouble with imposter syndrome. I was very sure this campaign wasn't going to be funded, but seeing us reach the funding goal in the first day brought genuine tears to my eyes. You all have helped boost my confidence to new heights, and I will be forever grateful for such an amazing first experience!
While we didn't reach the third goal, I still plan on making Deep Blue Neptune come to life! I couldn't dream of disappointed those who really wanted that pin to become a reality. I worked really hard on making each design fun and unique, so I couldn't leave one of them behind in the fray of it all. And we got so close to the final funding goal!
As a reminder, those who backed in the first 48 hours get a sticker set of all the designs, as well as an exclusive Comet Neopets sticker! I will post updates here as I work on that design. If you did not get the chance to back that quickly though that's okay! All my sticker designs and any other cosmic kitty themed items will be available as add ons! And if you do not want to wait that long, I also have a ko-fi shop where I list all of my products.
Thank you again everyone for wanting to support little ol' me. I hope these strange creatures you've adopted can find a special place inside your heart and home. Maybe I'll even design more cosmic kitties for other planets! The sky, or the galaxy, is the limit!
