Hello Friends - MAJOR update - (and last update on this campaign for those not following the project specifically.)

Less than 17 hours remain in this campaign. After this, these pins will never be available online. They will be produced as a limited editon based on the survey results from this campaign, and the remaining stock will be sold in person at conventions only. In addition to this change, once in hand the prices will go up to match the $30 each /$50 pair of the LE35 Stitch and Mochi I previously produced.

For current backers, you can change your quantity you'd like by either updating your pledge now, or waiting on the pledge manager! The pledge manager add on store will contain the last chance to purchase these pins. Tomorrow you will be charged for your pledge on the campagin, after that you'll be invited to a pledge manager and add on shop. The charge for these add on pruchases won't occur until april at the very earliest. This is also where you select your variants from your campaign. The selections you lovely backers make during this will determine the edition number of these pins! There will not be a reorder.

Why this change?
To be entirely open with y'all, I almost cancelled the entire project yesterday. Lafia (my fantastic backerkit staff memeber support) and a bunch of lovely other creator folks in the backerkit creator discord helped with some kind words. Basically, this limits the scale of this project and removes the negativity I've been facing trying to advertise this campaign as I will no longer be advertising online and receiving the hate responses. This may sound small, but art is an outlet for my other stress and unfortunately the general art groups treat fanart and fan artists as a lesser form of art. Thankfully, I don't have that experience in artist alleys and series like these are for you fellow fans like me.

Is anything else going to change?
The timeline for the pledge manager invites and things like packaging and shipping speed may be slightly extended. I'm going to give myself a bit of a mental break post campaign and let all the magical backend processing get started before building out the surveys. So you likely won't see those in your inbox until the week of February 26th. As always, I will keep you up to date if any major delays are going to occur!

Will you ever make more fantasy pins?
I know some of you joined me when all I created was fatasy pins, and you've been waiting since 2021 for me to make more! This isn't a goodbye forever. Going forward, I am going to explore alternate routes for determining interest and/or presales. I don't entirely know what that will look like, but come later in 2024 I'll be back with a Patreon or shop presale for fantasy pins. Until then I hope to see you on social media or in another campaign for some of my original characters.
