Over the next 48 hours your orders are being locked in, there was an email that went out regarding this last night. This means you cannot change your order after it is locked as I am finalizing the item counts for manufacturing.
After this credit cards will be charged and the manufacturing process will begin.  I will be updating throughout that process to keep you all up to date.
Once more, if you do not lock in your payment info or pay the outstanding balance, you will forfeit your physical items. I said it multiple times but this is it. You should be able to change your address until shipping is finalized, however payment must be provided to fulfill your order.
After this all of the duties fall on me, so let's make this a smooth transition.

Hello all!!

This is your one day warning to pay the remaining balances for pledges and shipping fees.
If you do not pay for shipping or outstanding balances and fill out your address, I cannot provide you with the physical items.
If you do not fill out the survey answering which designs you want, I cannot order the correct amount and there will not be designated pins for you. 
If you're having issues please reach out to me otherwise your order cannot and will not be completed, rendering your pledge as a donation.

This is your last warning and chance to rectify this, please be respectful of of my work and time by doing your part.

Hey all!
So there are still a few failed payments from the original pledges that need to be paid, as well as surveys that have not been filled out yet. There are only three days until orders are being locked in, which means I will be using that information to tally up the final numbers and ordering based on that alone. If you do not choose your designs I cannot order the correct amount to include you, which means you cannot receive the pins you wanted. In addition to that I certainly cannot ship them to you if you do not contribute the shipping fee and address, so please sort out the funding and orders within the next three days.

Thank you all for your support, I am grateful, but please help me make this as painless a process as possible for all of us. If you all finish these I can go bout my tasks and provide you with your spooky cute goodies, so let's try to get that all settled okay?

I'll check in again when the 24 hour mark is here!! Although I'm hoping to see that all settled by then and for it to be a last call for changes or pre-orders.

Thank you so much to everyone who has handled their survey and shipping fees so far, you're all amazing and I appreciate you. A bunch of you still haven't though, so please do so soon as the date to close orders is fast approaching! I need the orders locked in so that I can start manufacturing the goodies for everyone. 
For anyone who didn't pledge but is still interested the pre-order shop also closes soon, so get any last minute items before that option is gone as well. 
As of right now there will not be many extra for me to sell afterwards, as I'm not ordering excess (due to the cost increase over tariffs) so if you want a specific designs this is the ONLY guaranteed way to get it. 
Everything else is running smoothly, I'll be back to remind everyone when there is only 24 hours left as well, but I'd much prefer if everyone finished sooner. 
After that it will just be updates on production and shipping! 
I can't wait to see these cozy creepies brought to life as real pins  ♥

First order of business:
Surveys have gone out, so please try to answer in a timely manner, it makes this a much smoother process!
You will also be able to add on anything including extra pins, so feel free to do so. Once the survey period is finished and charges are all set, we will move into the manufacturing process. I will update with a reminder closer to that time!

Second order of business::
