I also got a response to my 'where's the book' inquiry.  The sprayed edge machine was down, so they got backed up on those books. 

On the bright side, the machine is up and they are in the process of catching up.  The quote was, "All being well your order will be shipped next week or early the week after."  Is it bad I am crossing my fingers?
