As you can see, we're just a few hours in and we've already hit nearly 40% survey completion status! We really appreciate that so many of you are getting this in ASAP... 

...and we're also thrilled so many backers are selecting ADD-ONS for their pledge!

That's right... if you forgot to add any items to your pledge during the Kickstarter or have decided to upgrade your pledge, there are a wide variety of amazing add-ons to choose from including NEW BACKER EXCLUSIVE DEALS not included during the Pintopia launch!

If you were one of the 22 backers who chose the PAY OVER TIME option, note that you will not get a survey until you're final payment is complete.  There's nothing we can do about this, as this is simply how Backerkit's system has to work. However, Backers can choose to pay off their remaining balance early in the Backerkit app if you want to. In that case your survey will become available once your balance is fully paid.

Hey, friends! We're excited to move forward with the next step in fulfillment so you can get your awesome pledges for this campaign!  Which brings us to: SURVEYS! 

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

If you qualified for any of our special incentives (early backer, returning backer, etc.), those have been manually added to your pledge.  You should see those item in your pledge when you review your survey.

If you also backed the Wolf Pack Pups Project, your Cthulhu & Night Wolf pin has been added to your pledge and will be fulfilled on our end, and the Night Wolf & Cthulhu Pin will be added to your Night Wolf pledge and that will be fulfilled by the Lone Wolf Comic Team. Cheers to the 50 backers who supported both projects!

Now, if you were one of the 42 backers who supported our project AND the Attic Door Media Baby Phoenix project, you will NOT see your baby fire Phoenix Pin as an item in your survey.  NOT TO WORRY. This is because the Attic Door Media team will be handling the fulfillment of all of these pins, and shipping them to you with your other pledge rewards from their project.  Thanks again for supporting multiple pintopia projects!

Everyone else will get their surveys by next Wednesday, with a small percentage of backers getting their surveys on Monday during our smoke-test.  Again, we appreciate you all getting those surveys in ASAP so we can move forward with rewards! 

Hey, friends! Just wanted to send along a HUGE thank you from the C is for Cthulhu Team for your support of our first every Pintopia project here on Backerkit! We're thrilled to be able to bring some awesome new pins and products to life thanks to your support.

This event was a massive success on Backerkit's end, with all 176 participating projects hitting their funding goals! A 100% success rate is almost unheard of in the crowdfunding space, but all the true pinheads out there made it happen!

Before we can kick off production and fulfillment, there are a few backend things that need to happen: 

First, BackerKit needs to to collect the funding from your pledges. The have already started charging cards so expect an email confirmation from them soon if you haven't received it already. If the payments are declined, please double check and fix your payment method, so I can send out your rewards. Backerkit will transfer funds over to us two weeks from now. 

Once funds are collected, we'll be able to send out your Reward Delivery Survey through Backerkit.  This is where you will be able to select or confirm your pins, make any last minute add-ons to your order, give us shipping address information, and pay for shipping based on the final total weight of your order.

We will give you a heads-up before sending the survey, so that you can watch for it in your email or spam folder. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as possible, since we need this information to process your rewards.

Note, if you've supported one of our Kickstarter projects in the past, the Backerkit Survey is the same survey we used to complete your Kickstarter orders.  

While we're waiting for Backerkit to do its thing, we'll be finalizing files for all of the new products and working with our pin manufacturer to get these new products ready to roll! 

2025 could be our most active year yet, as the team is working on a new Halloween C is for Cthulhu book, and a number of new plush toys to join the C is for Cthulhu family later this year.

We're still EARLY on in the prototype stage, but super excited about the new crew!
