Project Update: Backer Update: Aries Pins & Next Steps
I hope this message finds you well. First off, I want to thank you for your continued support, it means a lot to me!
I apologize for the lack of updates recently and appreciate your patience. I’m happy to share that the Aries Pins, along with their matching sign pins, are almost done with their production and are their way. However, because not all stretch goals were unlocked in the campaign, I will be relaunching it to collect the remaining funds needed to produce every zodiac variation.
What does this mean?
- If you've backed for an Aries Pin, shipping details will be sent within the next month as surveys come in. You can expect your pins to come in before the new year.
- If you're interested in any other zodiac variation, when surveys are sent, please indicate your desired choice. Once the next campaign is complete, your reward will be sent after your desired variation is unlocked.
- Keychains, stickers and banners (of any design) can be shipped with the Aries pins, as well extra goodies as a thank yous for your patience.

Thank you for your patience while we’ve been trying to contact the project team. Not a pain at all! Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we have been unable to reach the creator after multiple attempts, and our Success Team has also been unsuccessful in establishing contact. At this stage, the best course of action is to report the project to our Trust and Safety team. You can do this by using the "Report this project" link located at the very bottom of the project page on BackerKit. When submitting the report, please include as much detail as possible, such as: If and when you previously reached out to the creator The last time you received communication from the creator Details about your pledge and any relevant information We understand how frustrating this situation is, and we take these matters seriously to maintain the integrity of our platform. However, please note that as a separate entity from the creator, we are unable to process cancellations or refunds. While we facilitate communication and project support, funds are managed by the creator directly. If we receive any updates from the creator, we will let you know immediately.
