Project Update: Wave 1 Orders & Metal Poster Tiers
Greetings, Fellow Children of the Fence!
All non-believers, stand aside… a new day is marching through the door as Wave 1 orders are confirmed to be en route and arriving any moment now!
We’re also currently gearing up for the next round of shipping over here at BOOM! Studios HQ, and great news – Wave 2 is still on track for our original estimated fulfillment date!
In case you’ve already received your order and are wondering why it did not include the premium metal poster we had mentioned in a couple of our recent updates, just a gentle reminder that only Tiers 7 and above (Silver Set, Gold Set, and Elite Red) included this bonus reward.
And we know you must be anxious to receive your incredible haul of books and other goodies too, but hang in there just a little longer as many orders are still part of Wave 2 shipping! We do understand if some of you still have concerns that you might have been missed in Wave 1, and if that’s the case, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.

Hello. I received my wave 1 metal poster and it's damaged. I can't seem to find the correct way to contact someone for help. Can someone direct me to the appropriate email or phone number?
