Last night we promised to give a TLDR version of the livestream, so here's all the stuff we talked about that you need to know. Some of the information was covered in previous updates, so I'll skip over that stuff for now. If you want a rough walkthrough of how backing the project works, as well as the teams, that information is on the Launch Party page.
As a reminder, we launch March 4th and the project ends March 27th. You will be charged on March 27th.
Gifting Book Sets/Donating to the Book Set Fund
We absolutely understand that not everyone is in the position to be able to afford this special edition set. With that in mind, we're opening up donations for those who have a little extra to give. If you're so inclined, you can gift either a full book set or donate a set amount (in $10 increments) on the add-on page once the project is live.
If you are unable to afford the set, you can fill out the form after we launch to be added to the waitlist. We will release the sets in batches as the campaign runs, depending on donations. Folks getting gifted sets will be picked from the waitlist by lottery to make things as fair as possible.
There is a limit of one set per person/household. Duplicated entries will be removed.
The person receiving the gifted set will be responsible for the shipping cost. Shipping will be charged when we lock addresses to send the rewards (which will be this fall). We will be shipping Media Mail to US folks, so this cost should be approximately $8 (this is subject to change, depending on postal pricing changes). If shipped internationally, the rate varies, depending on where you're located.
We will be matching every set donated!
The donation fund will be rounded up to the nearest book set at the end of the campaign so that all donations go toward book sets for folks on the list.
Payment Plan
Payments will process at the end of the campaign (March 27th), and Backerkit has an internal payment plan option for folks that choose to use it that splits payments into 4 monthly payments.
The Covers!!
We weren't able to share all five covers and case designs last night, so are including them here! The gold covers are the ones on the reversible dust jacket. The naked cases are black linen with black foil designs that nod to their respective romances. All designs by Elizabeth Turner Stokes.

And, of course, the slipcase! Y'all voted and gold on black won with 74% of the votes!

Prices
We've finalized our prices. As a reminder, shipping will be charged separately and at a later date when we lock addresses (estimating this to be around fall). This is to give the most accurate shipping cost available. We've also worked out the necessary steps to be able to ship to the EU.
