Hey everyone! Some of you may know me from Kickstarter, but for those new faces welcome! I’m Abysmal Kaiju, or KaijuPins. I’ve successfully run about a dozen campaigns so far, and love enamel pins.

I’ve always been both fascinated by and terrified of things that live deep under the ocean. Like many nerdy kids I thought I’d grow up to be either a paleontologist or marine biologist, and I thought a lot about how cool it would be to go down into the Mariana's trench. Didn’t quite make it down there, but I can still explore my love of all things ocean with my work thankfully. This project is both an exploration of the cool real creatures that live in the sea, and my love of folklore and mermaids. I hope you’ll come with me on my trip into the deep ocean!
